Perrysburg Schools Orchestra Supporters, PHS Orchestra Students, and Guests are cordially invited to join us at the upcoming annual PHS Orchestras Awards Banquet in the Ballroom at the Hilton Garden Inn Perrysburg.
Doors will open for unreserved ticketed seating at 6:00 p.m. with dinner served at 6:30. The event will include a served 3-course meal, followed by the awards ceremony program around 7:00 p.m. topped off with slideshow capturing this year's orchestra program highlights. Recommended attire is "dressy casual."
The Dinner Menu will include salad, entrée with garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetable (except for the pasta selection), rolls, dessert and a selection of beverages.

Register and pay by Friday, May 5, for best pricing - $20 for chicken and vegetarian pasta, $22 for salmon.
Senior orchestra students qualify for a $10 discount through 5/5.
After the early RSVP deadline, ALL banquet tickets will be $25 (including graduating Seniors).
Tickets will be distributed at the May 9 and May 16 concerts. Final ticket sale deadline is Friday, May 19, 2017!

Refunds will only be honored through Sunday, May 21, 11:59 p.m. "No shows" or late cancellations will not be refundable.
