Please join us for our annual PHS Orchestra Awards Banquet:

6:00 - 8:30 p.m. 
Perrysburg Hilton Garden Inn at Levis Commons​

Pre-ordered tickets (with your entrée selections) will be available for pick-up immediately before and after the
May 7th and May 14 the HS Orchestra Concerts, from 6:25-6:55 p.m. and after each concert.  

Remaining tickets and late orders will be available at the Banquet Reception table from 5:45-6:15 p.m.
It is important that you pick up all purchased tickets, as the ticket will serve as the indicator for your selected entrée during the banquet service.

Thanks to parents continued generosity & financial support of our orchestras, POB is able to underwrite a portion of this year's banquet expense.

The price for all tickets is $15.00, if purchased by Friday, May 3, 2019.  

​After May 3, all tickets will be $25.00 with a final purchase date of Friday, May 17, 2019 by 3:00 pm.

​Dear Musicians and Parents,

​Perrysburg Schools Orchestra Supporters, PHS Orchestra Students, and Guests are invited to join us at the upcoming annual PHS Orchestras Awards Banquet in the Ballroom at the Hilton Garden Inn Perrysburg.

​Doors will open for unreserved ticketed seating at 6:00 p.m. Opening announcements will begin around 6:15, with dinner served at 6:30. The event will include a served 3-course meal, followed by the awards ceremony program around 7:00 p.m. topped off with slideshow capturing this year's orchestra program highlights. Recommended attire is "dressy casual."

The Dinner Menu will include salad, entrée with garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetable (except with pasta dish), rolls, dessert and a selection of beverages. 

​Entrée Selections will be  a choice of :
  • Parmesan Encrusted Chicken Milanese-Lemon Buerre Blanc
  • Ginger Soy Glazed Salmon
  • Baked Mostaccioli-Marinara, Parmesan & Mozzarella (Vegetarian) 

​Purchased by the early RSVP date (May 3), ALL banquet tickets will cost $15.
After the early RSVP deadline, ALL banquet tickets will cost $25.

Tickets will be distributed at the May 7 and May 14 concerts. Final ticket sale deadline (at $25 rate) is Friday, May 17, 2019 @ 3:00 pm!

Forms of payment to be accepted are PayPal, Credit Card via PayPal, cash, check (payable to POB), or money order(payable to POB).
Refunds will only be honored through Friday, May 17, 2019 through 3:00pm. "No shows" or later cancellations will not be refundable.
