​Hull Prairie Intermediate School (HPI)
  • 5th Grade – No Audition              
              Orchestra is offered in Perrysburg schools beginning in 5th grade at HPI.  5th Grade sections are divided into a Violin/Viola
              class and a Cello/Bass class. Harp is also offered and is taught simultaneously with either the Violin/Viola class or the 
              Cello/Bass class. 
  • 6th Grades – No Audition
              Orchestra is taught in 6th grade at HPI. 6th Grade sections are divided into a Violin/Viola class and a Cello/Bass class. Harp is 
              also offered and is taught simultaneously with either the Violin/Viola class or the Cello/Bass class. Students who did not
              participate in 5th Grade orchestra are welcome to join orchestra in 6th grade. 
Perrysburg Junior High School (PJH)
  • 7th  Grade Orchestras – No Audition        
        Orchestra is taught in 7th grade at the Junior High.  Musicians increase in their skill level and musical understanding as they
        progress through the program.  Students in these classes perform in OMEA group performances and are given their first
        opportunities for OMEA solo and ensemble performances.
  • 8th  Grade Orchestras – No Audition
        Orchestra is taught in 8th grade at the Junior High.  Musicians increase in their skill level and musical understanding as they
        progress through the program.  Students in these classes perform in OMEA group performances and are given their first
        opportunities for OMEA solo and ensemble performances.
  • String Ensemble- Audition Required
​        This is an advanced string ensemble for 7th and 8th grade. Participation is audition-based. Musicians increase in their skill level 
        and musical understanding as the progress through the program.  Students in these classes perform in OMEA group
        performances and are given their first opportunities for OMEA solo and ensemble performances and participate in various 
​        unique performances opportunities. ​
